1. Website Subscriptions

The majority of our customers set up their subscriptions through our website. Please visit our Customer Portal. Simply enter your email address to receive a login link—no password required. If you enter your email address but not receiving any email, see below.

On our Customer Portal, effortlessly manage all your Dinolingo billing requirements, including payments, credit card updates, subscriptions, cancellations, receipts, invoices, upgrades, downgrades and more, all in one convenient location. How to cancel on our portal: See Youtube Video

2. App Subscriptions

If you have been billed by Apple or Google through the app store, then you subscribed to our app. Go to your mobile device’s Settings, navigate to Subscriptions, and select Dinolingo. Follow the detailed instructions on iOS, and Android.

If you don’t see Dinolingo in your subscriptions list, then most likely it’s because you subscribed on our website instead, in that case visit Customer Portal. See above.

3. Paypal Charges:

If your payments are made through PayPal, log in to your PayPal account and cancel directly using your email address and password.

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS:

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

We have a simple and straightforward policy. Anyone can cancel anytime they wish.

During Free Trial: You can cancel your free trial within 7 days of signing up, and you won’t be charged. You will be charged on a recurring basis starting on the 7th day.

After Free Trial: Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of your subscription, and you will not be charged again after your last payment. If you cancel after a charge has already occurred, you will still have access to our website or apps until the end of the current billing period.

The cancellation policy applies to all three subscription platforms: our website, iOS app, or Google Play app. However, if you signed up via the App Store or Google Play Store, their policies may require you to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please visit our Customer Portal.

I checked my app subscriptions, but don’t see the Dinolingo app on my device:

It’s likely because you subscribed on our website rather than through the app. Most of our customers follow this route, registering on our website and then downloading the free app afterward. In this case, please visit our Customer Portal to cancel.

I entered my email address on the Customer Portal but did not receive a login link.

If you subscribed on the website (not on the app), please read below.

Option 1: If you only finished the first step of registration on our website without providing payment details in the second step, your subscription is incomplete, and your account is inactive. No need to cancel as it will be deleted automatically at a later date.

Option 2: If you also completed the second step, providing payment information or being charged: It’s possible that you used a different email address or made a typo during sign-up. Please carefully fill out our billing issues form for assistance in locating your subscription.

I thought this was a one time charge not a recurring subscription

At Dinolingo, our service is based on a subscription model, renews monthly or yearly, as clearly stated on our checkout page, our emails and throughout our site where you consent during checkout process.

I canceled on the customer portal but did not receive a cancellation email:

After canceling your subscription on our website or paypal, expect an email. If no email is received, your subscription is still active. If you don’t receive an email after canceling or if you are unable to cancel, please fill out our billing issues form here.

I canceled but I was charged anyways

If you did not receive an email, it was not canceled.
If you received a cancellation confirmation email after your cancellation, please read below.
1. You might have multiple subscriptions under the same or different email addresses. Please check other email addresses.
2. If the bank initially failed to process a charge due to insufficient funds, it might have completed the transaction later, even after your attempt to cancel the subscription.

What is your refund policy?

Dinolingo has a strict no-refund policy. Here are the scenarios where no refunds will be issued (no exceptions):

  • If you were on a seven-day free trial and did not cancel before the trial period ended.
  • If you forgot to cancel or you thought you had canceled.
  • If you didn’t use the website or app but didn’t cancel your subscription on time.
  • If you were unable to figure out how to cancel and were subsequently charged.
  • If you canceled just a few minutes or hours after being charged.
  • If you have had two or more subscriptions and canceled one (older accounts).

In all these cases, there will be no refunds, without exceptions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I canceled by mistake or I changed my mind, how can I reactivate my account?

To activate or re-activate your inactive subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click here to choose a subscription plan. You will be directed to our shopping cart to complete the process.

This must be done before your account is deleted. If you no longer see your account details, your account may have already been deleted. In that case, please contact us so we can check. Otherwise, you can start a new subscription.

Can I contact Dinolingo?

Certainly. Dinolingo is a subscription-based service, and it’s normal for customers to sign up and cancel after a while. Having been in business for over a decade, we have many customers who cancel and return after weeks, months or even years. If you want to cancel your account but can’t find your email address, or if you need assistance, please contact us promptly.
